Wacky Wahoo's- Aruba

If you find yourself in Aruba and like seafood...go to this place. All the reviews say that reservations are necessary, but I was by myself and went without a reservation and was seated right away. Seating is very limited and the place was full, so I would recommend a reservation if you are not traveling solo. Both items were great, but the vegetables were bleh, and left more to be desired. It's pretty close to the top of the list on Trip Advisor, and I would have to agree.

This bread pan make perfect sandwich bread (13x4x4). The lid keeps the bread contained, so it is dense and doesn't fall apart. It does something with the texture as well. I have used three recipes from the King Arthur Flour site- 100% Whole Wheat Pain de Mie, Pain de Mie (white bread) and Honey-Oat Pain de Mie. All three are delicious and I would recommend all of them. I purchased this pan from Amazon because they had the best price. If you like to make your own sandwich bread, you MAY want to consider buying this bread pan.
